@Gadgetsdata I went to service center they told that software issue will gone after re-installing so I accept I have give my device they have re-installed software feb 2026 month-end but still issues not gone even today this is very bad😞.

@Gadgetsdata iQOO neo9 pro device has so many software issue in current origin os 6 but I have reported many times using log info collection but till know not fixed?
From beta onwards this very bad to see such a big company even so many features are missing today, what iQOO&vivo develop doing

Update : Someone from iQOO's service team called the user after this tweet‼️

As per iQOO they only got permission to change the battery from higher authority and that's what they did, put the new battery and fixed it temporarily by ignoring the failed Kernel Test‼️

The service center guy confirmed to the user that this Kernal Test fails when the device have other hardware issues but they didn't fix this when it was under warranty and replaced the battery as temporary fix..

As a result, after 3 months, now the device, iQOO Neo 9 Pro is switching off randomly which is very annoying‼️

iQOO India 🇮🇳 should fix this issue as they ignored it when it was under warranty... @IqooInd please fix this ‼️
