3/ A quick note about DN404 / ERC404. $PENGU is unique because if you hold 1 whole $PENGU, you also get the NFT which you can buy or sell on @opensea or @blur_io, which will be a scrumptious food NFT that Penguins love to eat.

But, $PENGU is also fractionalized, which means you can choose to buy or sell less than a whole $PENGU on a DEX like Uniswap.

If you buy 1 $PENGU, you get the NFT.
If you sell part of a $PENGU, the NFT gets burned.
If you own 0.77 $PENGU, you won't have the NFT.
But if you buy 0.33 $PENGU + 0.77 $PENGU to have a complete 1 $PENGU, then you will mint an NFT.

Makes sense?

So, it's up to you. You can trade $PENGU like you would any token. Or you can buy or sell the NFT.
