These are interesting times and we have noticed that we are all watching our money a little more closely.

When you plan out your meals you spend more wisely. So why not plan out your meals and shop from home – impulse purchase free - and leave the shopping to us.

Nothing goes better with your morning coffee than checking some things off your list, like grocery shopping.

Grocery shopping can be very time consuming so why not do it while you are enjoying your coffee and we will go and grab it for you.

Fresh oranges for your homemade juice – love it! A little bit of vitamin C every day helps to keeps you healthy.

In the spirit of staying healthy – let us do your shopping.
We penguins are good shoppers – we know fresh.
Let us grab only the freshest of the fresh for you.

This is the absolute best way to PickUp…we mean groceries. What were you thinking we meant? ;)

Seriously though. You place the order. We shop. You pick it up with any other orders you have placed, so easy.

We are penguins. We like to keep things easy!

You've heard the expression – “It’s in the bag”? Well in this case we mean it is literally in the bag. Only the freshest. And trust us, we know how to pick’em…

Our grocery bag doesn’t have it all but it has what’s important - hand-picked fresh from the Food Terminal every day.

[Penguin Fresh @PenguinFreshCAN]

This is our friend Marci. We do all the shopping for Marci. She does the purchasing online and we do the picking and packing so it saves Marci a lot of time.

Nothing easier! Happy to do this for you too! Give it a try!

Ever been to the food terminal? We penguins meet there every morning at the crack of dawn. We gather outside and have an espresso. Dawn is early, even for penguins but that is when everything is the freshest of the fresh! And then we fill all the orders you place.

[Penguin Fresh @PenguinFreshCAN]

Hi. This is our friend Mark. He’s not the biggest fan of grocery shopping but more importantly – he is too busy. So he leaves it to us. Because then he can do whatever it is he needs to do. We usually fight over his order - it’s what we do when we have a favourite.

[Penguin Fresh @PenguinFreshCAN]

Just so you know, orders placed September 4th - 7th will be ready for PickUp September 8th.

Enjoy your Labour Day weekend!

[Penguin Fresh @PenguinFreshCAN]

How good and fresh does all this look? Every day, from farms across the country, we pick the best of the best to fill your orders. We don’t settle for less and assume you don’t either.

[Penguin Fresh @PenguinFreshCAN]

This could be how you spend your time or….You could go for a walk to the park. You could play a game. You could do a million things.

So why not leave the picking and packing to us. Give us your list and we will do the rest!

[Penguin Fresh @PenguinFreshCAN]

Seriously, does your fridge look like this? Well, ours doesn’t and it never will.

So here is the thing with our market, it will never have everything. But, we do have what is fresh or shelf-stable. We may not have everything but what we do have is fresh and tasty!

[Penguin Fresh @PenguinFreshCAN]

We ask you why? Why take time out of your day to hand pick your produce, when you can do other things that are way more fun.

Simply order online and we will do the rest. And don’t stress – we are super fussy about our picking, we got you!

[Penguin Fresh @PenguinFreshCAN]

Fresh! That’s the way we like it - fresh every day, from the Food Terminal and if it’s not fresh we don’t buy it.

This may impact your order and we are sorry about that. But we also hope that you can understand, we only eat fresh and assume you do too!

[Penguin Fresh @PenguinFreshCAN]

We know you are busy and since we penguins can’t offer to do your work...and we are assuming you would prefer we not babysit - right?! Let us help you out!

Order what you need and have it sent to a PenguinPickUp store, until you can come and get it.

[Penguin Fresh @PenguinFreshCAN]

Did you know that we source all our fresh food daily from the Food Terminal?

Every day, bright and early we are at the Terminal grabbing the freshest food for you. We sometimes don’t send you what you ordered because well, it just isn’t available or fresh enough.

[Penguin Fresh @PenguinFreshCAN]

As you know, all of our produce is sourced fresh from the Food Terminal daily. The Terminal is closed for the long weekend so we Penguins are heading to the beach.

But don't worry - you can still place your orders and we will deliver everything fresh on Tuesday.
