At high ranks, there is no instance where haze won’t hit multiple stuns to get a perfect ult off where she will out heal and kill Billy insta

@RedmanNsfwArt @DeadlockSilver With all of the point and click stun abilities and “get out of jail” active items, he’s really only a major threat in a 1v1 scenario. Even then most of the time you can just easily run away. Hence his ult being something to pull back. It’s an okay ult but it does little damage

@RedmanNsfwArt @DeadlockSilver His “heal back” is from melees on champs who are wrecked while he’s blasted. Even with items this still requires a light or heavy melee which are both parryable. I don’t know what SA servers are like but in NA at that same rank it’s basically suicide throwing a melee on someone
