Honestly, I just want to fight the good fight and present skincare advice and thoughts to people.
Guess I have to search for a new place to write my blogs.
And I need to figure out how I triggered the content policy bot because I really have 0 idea how that happened.
@theyasminbenoit@policyatkings@KingsCollegeLon A bit sad that so many people who should be more open to this suggest that we can be "cured". Tough claiming one isn't heteronormative and then taking a step back with a "sexuality can be fixed with therapy".
@A_Kickarse_Lady@theyasminbenoit@KingsCollegeLon@policyatkings Factually incorrect. Non-heteronormative people have been prosecuted by legal and illegal means for quite a while and you'd be daft to pretend otherwise.
Also you seem to care enough to post.
That makes a total of A LOT of people (including yourself) who care.
@theyasminbenoit@KingsCollegeLon@policyatkings Beyond excited, I love delving in some research papers and this is a topic that's went untouched forever! Considering how long asexuality has been a thing (since ancient times, just recently labeled) I feel there's lots to figure out!
Also lol @ "nobody cares" spammers who care
@Archive210@theyasminbenoit I spent a few minutes analysing this "masterpiece" and I can promise it was a waste of time and effort which is the MO of all "LGB without the TQIA" members. They like to say stuff like "Stonewall" (wouldn't be what it is without the T) and "Grifter" (because it's popular to say)
@awildtom@beffybadbelly That coupled with the exposure they most often get from this most often perceived as shocking attraction leads to them satisfying both a craving for humiliation aspects (getting their message shared to shame them) and a craving for well asking about feet pics or whatever they do
@awildtom@beffybadbelly I can't say I'm too knowledgeable on the topic of foot appeal but I feel it could be related to how they put a bodypart on a throne and then when they find someone attractive to them they try to engage in this in modern times when foot things are more commonly mentioned.
@broadwaybabyto Due to the insane number of men who act like the one you talked about, I'd rather generalise until proven wrong by the single cases who are actual allies, not predators.
@broadwaybabyto Thank you for sharing this part of your life with us. I often get hit myself with "why are you acting in a sexist way?" (Towards men) And my answer is ALWAYS that they've not proven they're worth my respect. >
@Carlynotcarley You mean you PICKED to be born a woman and then decided to NOT abide by the rules (which are: don't have a personality, be a virgin but great at sex, don't have tattoos but have tattoos for some people who will fetishise you for it, etc)??? How dare you?!
Keep at it though!
@theyasminbenoit I am beyond proud to be ace and know that indeed we can look and dress how we want whenever we want. Thank you for being a loud and proud asexual. We will not be erased.
@healthpunx Congratulations! The first 54 weeks are BIG! Know the best part? It gets better! Almost 6 years sober and I love it even if it remains hard at times! Keep it up
I'm honoured to announce that I'm @QueerBritain's new ambassador! Queer Britain is the UK's first LGBTQ+ museum, solidifying our place in history. As part of the asexual and aromantic community, it's lovely to have our place recognised too. 💜
#ThisIsWhatAsexualLooksLike
@FreedTMG@Umpn4Life@slutriarch Was going to mention the posts that go "men will literally look at this and not cry" instead of plural versus singular but the message stands, if one identifies with these statements then all they can do is "take the L" themselves.
Or you know, be better. But that's difficult?
