@TUF_tweets It was great to meet up with the TUF team today and learn more about your plans for 2024. PAC will continue to support The Urology Foundation (TUF) and again jointly fund, with TUF, the annual Chris Howell Urological Cancer Research Award. @TUF_tweets

As a trustee of PAC, Geraint is taking part in T3 to raise money for the Fergus Scholefield Cancer Research Fund.
He would also have a fear of missing out, just in case the enjoyment of the ride turns out to exceed the physical pain and humiliation...
Despite this, (in his own words) Geraint remains a rubbish cyclist. He pursues a steady and thoughtful pace, only excelling on downhill sections when he is greatly aided by helpful aspects of Newtonian physics.

We’re bringing in the big guns for our next MEET THE TEAM: Geraint.
Geraint's first cycling excursion was riding from Marseille to Barcelona in 2016 and since then he has completed Ride London 100 on two occasions.
Its short and sweet from today’s MEET THE TEAM: Pete is a Specialist Endodontist living and working in Tavistock on the Devon/Cornwall border, and is taking part in T3 to help PAC support the fantastic Fergus Scholefield Cancer Research fund.
Any previous cycling experience?
“is all purely an attempt to keep my BMI below 30.”

It's one week until our 15 Penguins take on the 85-mile sponsored cycle from Guy's Hospital Tower to the Portsmouth Spinnaker Tower. Every donation makes a difference

MEET THE TEAM: Pat
We asked Pat about his cycling experience;
“When I was 15, I cycled 18 miles to see my girlfriend and meet her parents for the first time. I was so knackered I sat down and I fell asleep immediately..
... I missed the Wales v England rugby on tv, missed lunch and dinner, said nothing to anyone, woke up with her dad next to me and set off on the homeward journey.”
What could possibly go wrong??
On Sunday 30th May, 15 Penguins will take part in an 85-mile sponsored cycle ride from the Guy's Hospital Tower to the Portsmouth Spinnaker Tower, as the "Penguin Peloton".
Join us over the next two weeks to meet some of the team. Please donate: https://t.co/ZTFFTSB2ok
