these are some of the most underrated tips that will work wonders for us
- drink plenty of water to prevent dehydration
- your sunscreen should be your best friend (SPF 30 -50 or even higher)
-stay in shaded areas when you're not indoors (e.g under a tree)
- wear lightweight clothes, why are you wearing a hoodie???
- patronize waster service workers, stop burning waste!
- use umbrellas, even as a guy
- practice clean personal hygiene (e.g washing your hands) because you're more susceptible to diseases at this time
there's a lot more but this should do
you're welcome 💋
