It was great to be joined by @kit_delgadoMD for a seminar at IFH yesterday as he shared how @PennNudgeUnit is taking on impactful health research that turns behavioral insights into outcomes.
Michelle Tropper & Rina Ramirez shared how patient-centered messaging with lab results improved engagement. Messages explained how statins could help patients with their high LDL, were professionally translated into Spanish, and securely transmitted.
How can culture in health care change to take advantage of tech innovations, Tom asked.
We have to allocate people, said Roy, and be good at portfolio & horizon management. For scaling, "We have to be better at faster decisions and think different about financial analyses."
