@Sacramentshow 2/3 What puts one into Christ? Nowhere in the New Testament will you find a passage that says one believes or repents or confesses into Christ.
@Tomas_Menos@SwordMasterPub@poperespecter1 Thank you for acknowledging the truth. Men have been walking away from denominational groups for centuries back to the original church established in the 1st century. The historical record is clear for anyone who desires the truth.
@Tomas_Menos@SwordMasterPub@poperespecter1 You're wrong about that. Stone/Campbell were simply voices of a restoration movement started many years before. There has been evidence of the church of Christ found in England dating back to the 1300's. Even mentioned by name in the New Testament.
@JCBibleInsights We are NOT supernaturally placed "in Christ".
Romans 6:3 NKJV
[3] Or do you not know that as many of us as were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death?
@RicoSauve111@BuBdyc Romans 6:14 NKJV

@SwordMasterPub 1/3 Hearing, believing, repenting, and confessing are all steps toward being saved. Each step puts you closer. But there's only one step that puts you into Christ - that step is baptism. Sinners are "baptized into Christ" (Rom. 6:3) - they "put on Christ" (Gal. 3:27).
@SwordMasterPub@poperespecter1 Man (uninspired) corrupts most everything he touches. It's his nature. Those of the catholic religion are trusting the souls of their children to uninspired men. History does not support a biblical catholic church.
@sevenhillscoc Or do you not know that as many of us aswere baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death?Therefore we wereburied with Him through baptism into death, thatjust as Christ was raised from thedead bythe glory of the Father,even so we also should walk in newness of life
