We did a samurai braid yesterday after getting home from our Easter getaway to London. I haven’t done one in a while. I love how it looks—super easy to do, yet it doesn’t seem like it.

My first attempt at styling my friend’s daughter’s hair with synthetic hair. She kindly let me practice. It’s far from perfect, but doing it on someone other than my dolls and Missy was a big step for me.

Joining Sam’s weekly braid challenge. Ann chose the Loop Braid, and I tried a double loop version. It worked well on the mannequin, but Missy’s fine hair made it tricky. Hope you like it!
