I left at 7:40 for my clr postop check. 30 minutes of stop-and-go, rush-hour mess. FSD took the merges, the sudden stops, people cutting across two lanes. I kept my hands ready and watched the road, but I didn’t have to strain to judge every gap. That changed my whole morning.
@Tesla This one is hard to see but I was so intent on watching the traffic moving towards me that I completely missed the man in the wheelchair crossing on the left side of the intersection but FSD didn’t take the opening like I would have and potentially saved the life of a person.
How about adding a feature to FSD that actively watches for license plates reported in Amber alerts etc, then notifies authorites of the location of the vehicle?
For instance- the car only reads the first 2 characters of a plate and dismisses it if not active alert on a plate from that state starting with that those characters but if the next letter matches it continues to process that plate to determine if it is a car that authorities are searching for.
Imagine how this could impact the world. Potentially life saving for children and missing people, kidnapping victim @grok@elonmusk@fsd@SpaceX@Teslarati@Tesla@cb_doge
Yesterday my Tesla's FSD saved the life of this cute little dog! By the time I saw him, the car was already hitting the brakes. #Tesla#cutedog#FSD#prancingdog
@elonmusk I had an idea of a new feature for my Tesla. Chikfila has this thing called mobile thru. You order in the app and you take a different lane, stopping to scan a QR code in the drive thru. It seems this could be the future of drive thrus!
