@AOLSupportHelp I need to recover some permanently deleted emails, but your email help option on your support page only allows emails to rwport abuse. How do I get help??
@flyethiopian whilst processing my compensation for an 11hour delay, you have in fact instead taken MORE money from me instead. CustomerService so bad I thought it was a scam. Care to sort this out?
Can anyone put me touch with someone else teaching the Oxford AQA iGCSE English Language? We can't be the only ones! @OxfordEdEnglish @AQAEnglish @OxfordAQAExams
@MissAliEnglish@Team_English1@LitdriveUK You'll have a thousand ideas: don't try to implement them all at once, and definitely not before you've seen how everything already works, otherwise your silent message is 'my way is always best'.
Oh and cake. People like cake.
@HarrietLinberg@TeamEnglishNC@EnglishWales It's a sad day for the majority of the human population if 29 is too late to do anything! Age is meaningless, look at your motivations: run towards something don't try and escape via geography. It's hard work out here but oh gosh are there fabulous benefits.
I despise cockroaches & really want people to be rescued from collapsed buildings: so why do I feel sad for this roach forced to wear a backpack & electronically controlled? π
@Teacher378 @Team_English1 If it's appropriate foe the age group, Naomi Alderton's The Power is faaaaantastic. Such a simple concept too: imagine if women developed an electrical current in their skin and overnight became able to physically overpower men? It's EPIC. The new Handmaid's Tale.
This lovely poem requires SO MUCH cultural capital to understand & it makes me wonder how I know the references & how I can ensure my students don't miss out on such gloriousness. @brian_bilston you da best π (A different kind of cultural capital)
Is this real? Is it a parody? Why don't people plan their metaphors before ending up calling the working classes "weeds"? The abuses of imagery here are not the issue BUT STILL. π·
