Only 3 more months until I become a Fully Qualified Pregnancy Yoga Instructor.Pregnancy Yoga is known to be a huge benefit during not only the 9months of pregnancy but also throughout labour. I will be starting my own classes hopefully in March so please keep me in mind 🤰🏻🧘🏻‍♀️#yoga
