@JaviOnetime @sarahploohoo @MickaelLaffont Maybe there is a case to argue for self defence but according to the detective, he got up and aimed his gun at Kimber’s sister, threatened her and fired a couple of shots before leaving. If true, i’m not sure how his self defence argument will hold up in court.

@JaviOnetime @sarahploohoo @MickaelLaffont Maybe Kimber was one of them to confront him coming to the girls aide.. idk. I think they order him to leave and she probably follows him to make sure he does… once again idk, i’m speculating. Then the fight happens.

@JaviOnetime @sarahploohoo @MickaelLaffont I think he was being pushy to the point where she said she would only drink it if was a sealed bottle. At some point, he touches her waist and she pushes him away and notifies her bf who in turn notify others at the party and they confront him.

@JaviOnetime @sarahploohoo @MickaelLaffont Then I think as he sits up and goes to shoot, she either tries to kick the gun out of his hands but most likely loses her balance and hit the ground just has he pulls the trigger, and sadly she gets caught in the line of fire.

@JaviOnetime @sarahploohoo @MickaelLaffont You can then hear a woman (possibly) Kimber pleading with them to stop. I think she was trying to break the hold. When the hold is broken, the shooter reaches for his gun in his waist and I THINK she realises and tries to wrestle the gun off him.

@JaviOnetime @sarahploohoo @MickaelLaffont In a seperate video, you can see the guy throwing the punches is removed by another guy but the shooter is still pinned down by the hold. She then comes around and I believe tries to break up the fight. She doesn’t throw any punches or kicks.

@JaviOnetime @sarahploohoo @MickaelLaffont She followed him probably to make sure he leaves. The shooter gets ambushed from behind by two guys and her body jolts forward. They continue the assault with one of them putting him in a choke hold/head lock and the other guy punching him.
