When you get pissed off at work and get the VP of Facilities involved and they use your footage for the safety documentation... not sure if I should be proud, but I am taking the credits
@kianamaiart Honestly episode 1 is how I explain to some of the Film Students I tutor what a fully fleshed out Animatic looks for pre-production projects. Then have them try to do a 3 or 4 shot recreation based off what they aiming for.
@kianamaiart Early 90's show that near the end was getting into a lot of darker topics about political overthrow and the responsibility there in. Which was wild in Clinton era cartoons.
@ianjq I was sending cash in the mail to a fansub tape ring in 1995. At 7 years old I learned how to copy a vhs to a clean tape and send it off to the next person on the list to get my next fix of Fuyishi Yugi and Bubblegum Crisis. We have done wild things for anime.
@shadydoorags Bean mouth is usually a sign that the production uses symbol based storyboard and character designs in pre-production before it gets to the animation stage and heads over seas for in-between and the like. Not always the case but it is a easy to spot indicator of workflow
@Shippiddge Pre-spoiling; they stole your script for episode 12 and their animation team rushed a version into existence to release during the presents before you can get into the real flow state of production. However it will be made with wild swings of artistic license to be unrecognizable
@TomFawkes I will go get the mega bags of onions, might want to save on chopping and run them through a small wood chipper just to keep them tears flowing.
I have been back at work for an hour and a half and I am already wanting to raze this place to the ground. I was called an idiot for telling my boss the floor needed a professional sealer and now we have a terrazzo floor that looks like shit. Sorry not sorry.
@Shippiddge Dude the cinematography on this whole episode is amazing, the bohkeh in a lot of the dialouge scenes is choice. It is an evolution of your craft. AI can't replicate the growth and understanding that comes from a project like this.
