So that’s my problem lol, I want to have fun in PvP.
But not at the cost of being boring/useless in PvE.

I’ve played both classes to 30-40, rogue is kind of a slog fest early & Hunter just looks like it’s a lot better in pvp then where it was before. & better overall in PvE & more variety. I’ll likely end up doing both but I’m leaning a Hunter on start

What professions are you going with on WoW Forever launch?

With the profession changes, i was thinking Skinning & LW for Rogue. But if the BoP gear gets nerfed or isn't worth the investment early i may gather x2.

Curious to see where everyone else is thinking

@Stratcaster4evr Yeah, the early blue upgrades are nice! Just curious how good they are later on. If it’s worth tying down to LW all the way.

@wisintel Yeah that’s what I was looking at, survival. I may still go BM pre 40 & then dual spec survival. Just because early BM just seems more beneficial overall than the survival tree talents early on.

Takes rogue a good while before they get their kit to stunlock people & do it effectively.

Also Hunter is great across the board pve & pvp, farming, etc.

I think this sums up how I feel so far about rogue.
If it brought more than just damage it would be different, but that’s really all they bring to PvE & theyve been nearly untouched.

I think they will end up as power houses, they should. But I don’t think they are there right now.

Fully agree, They did make some nice changes to Hunter like being able to use traps in combat, new pet combos, abilities & pet scaling.

But Rogue… I’ve been covering since announcement of Forever & only have seen empty promises that haven’t been backed by any patch notes or changes thus far.

Im sure they will make changes, they will need to. But it’s current state is pretty lackluster overall
