Dear future shareholders,

DiamondPepe69 intends to be on the Q3 earnings call, not as a guest but as a shareholder with an agenda. The board seat conversation starts before EOY, whether or not the board has scheduled time for it.

There is, however, a small procedural issue. The $COIN pairing on Base is still unlisted. A board seat is difficult to formalize when the position itself does not yet officially exist.

We would appreciate this being resolved with appropriate urgency.

I am writing to formally notify you that I will be joining the Q3 earnings call this October. I intend to dial in on time, remain on mute for the majority of the call out of professional courtesy, and unmute only when called upon.

For those unfamiliar with my position: I am speaking on behalf of the DiamondPepe69 bulls, I have read the filings, and I have opinions about several line items that I will be saving for the appropriate moment.

I'd like to raise a point of order under Item 4

the dividend distribution.

Per Section 3(b) of a bylaw I drafted in the car on the way to this call, I move that shareholders be given the option to receive said dividend in $DIAMONDPEPE69 in lieu of cash, effective immediately, no abstentions recognized.

I anticipate pushback on custody, tax treatment, and whether $DIAMONDPEPE69 constitutes a real financial instrument.

I don't have a response to any of these. I do have conviction, which I understand is a separate line item on the balance sheet.
