👀 $NBND signs LOI to acquire control of High Speed Interconnects (HSI)

If this deal closes, NetBrands gets:

🔹 A real manufacturing business making advanced micro-coaxial cables, with terminations down to 0.3mm and 0.175mm pitch
🔹 Exposure to aerospace, defense, satellites, quantum computing, semiconductors, AI, and surgical robotics
🔹 A customer base the CEO says includes Fortune 500 companies
🔹 Combined numbers of up to $20M revenue and $4M EBITDA for FY2026 (unaudited, per management)
🔹 Forecast recurring commitments of $20–30M for 2027 and beyond
HSI would operate as a NetBrands subsidiary, a big shift from its crypto mining focus.
⚠️ Non-binding LOI. Numbers are unverified, and closing depends on due diligence, final agreements, and restructuring NBND’s existing convertible debt.

AIBotics is building PHILL ROBOT™, an AI-powered massage robot with a foldable arm, adaptive AI control, and swappable massage functions. Target markets: homes, gyms and recovery centers, and hotels.

What’s new (Oct 28):
🔹 Manufacturing partner $DDDX (3DX Industries) is building a 5-unit pilot using metal 3D printing, resin printing, and CNC machining
🔹 AIBotics keeps control of the AI, software, and system integration
🔹 The pilot is meant to prove PHILL can be built consistently before any real production
🔹 Pilot steps: design review → parts → assembly → software integration → testing → final approval
⚠️ No delivery date yet. 3DX will set a timeline later, and commercial rollout depends on pilot results and financing.

We understand the urgency, and we are focused on execution. Our objective is to move this transaction forward while addressing the outstanding debt structure responsibly.
