Co-founder at Zelf. | Former @mckinsey, @mitsloan | First mover in CGC | TikTok discovery startup: find & aggregate all your organic Customer Generated Content
@elonmusk Maybe its a a sign of how ridiculous the GOP has become… I mean, if even Dick Cheney is voting democrat, you have to wonder if it’s everybody else, or if it’s you…
@whoisclydekelly@GrowWithGrin Customer content > Influencer content anyway :) check https://t.co/0WgwQm3F8v for a sample of a tool where you can find all customers that are organically posting about you, so you can reuse their content or turn them into creators (and yes, you can then just email them)
@levelsio https://t.co/yHOPyPbDEn finds you all customers already talking about your product on TikTok, and makes it easy to reach out to them; would have surely increased your success rate and saved the guy a bunch of time
(yes, shameless plug for our startup 😎 )
@agarwal__gaurav@agarwal__gaurav how about pushing it one level further than UGC: real Customer Generated Content?
We analyzed over 15,000 companies and their TikTok performance; CGC has 4x higher engagement than anything brands put out/ commission. TikTok is like wom on steroids 🔥
@TaylorHoliday I’d argue there’s even better content: organic posts from your already existing customers. We analyzed 15,000+ companies: real CGC has 4x higher engagement rates than anything brands put out/ is commissioned.
Lots of it on TikTok: it’s word-of-mouth on steroids 🔥
@davemhuffman@TaylorHoliday TikTok is basically word of mouth on steroids, lots of real CGC readily available now. We built an easy platform to aggregate & analyze it all – would love to show y’all and hear your thoughts if interested!
@social_pres At zelf we’ve been building the tools to make it easy to showcase and license your UGC to brands :)
Anyone who wants to make selling UGC easier, feel free to reach out (or check https://t.co/dWavP6odMY)
@social_pres Few tips to add-on if you want to get noticed by brands + want them to license your content:
1) Make sure to always show the logo of the brand
2) Make sure you don’t show other brands’ logos
3) Don’t use a popular song; they can’t use it for commercial purposes then
@venturetwins@glossier Love it! At zelf we have long believed in this and are building the platform making it super easy to license UGC for a.o. whitelisting, so brands can do this much faster. Check eg https://t.co/n2gmd8g7tg
