@JackReeveTNC I think it’s important to acknowledge that there was a clear improvement in performance and confidence, especially in the second half. You’re an intelligent man, you know it’s going to take time to see a sustained change, last nights game was never a “must win”.
What utter dickheads we are…
Rayner fought for workers: sick pay, maternity rights, protection from unfair dismissal
Farage and his MPs voted it down
No sick pay from day one. No protections.
Rayner gets binned over £40k in stamp duty
Farage dodges £44k, shrugs & strolls on
Well done bellends, the ultra wealthy win again.
@ChrisReevo I’m afraid not. Even at 2 points per game, which is title winning form, we’d only get to 71 points which won’t be enough. Somewhere between 8th and 12th for us this season.
@TalkNorwichCity@JackReeveTNC@ChrisReevo Question: are you in the “we need a new striker” camp (bear in mind we’re the second highest scorers in the division) or are you correct and in the “we desperately need a central defensive midfielder” camp? Kenny McClean to the left, Marcelino Nunez to the right…..
@TalkNorwichCity@WillG_23 Yes I thought he got that spot on. Half time subs made a huge difference, and we played three different formations during the game to suit the circumstances.
@TalkNorwichCity@ChrisReevo@SimonJDuarte Not sure there’s really a compelling argument to say the squad is thin in terms of player numbers, for example we have 13 midfielders to cover 5 positions which seems if anything too many. The aim must always be to gradually improve the quality of the starting 11 and the squad.

@mikeparker180@JackReeveTNC Absolutely agree, I was saying exactly the same only a few days ago. I think the club thought Sorensen was going to be that player but bizarrely the only position we seem to have trusted him in was left-back.
@mattjware One of the seemingly inescapable truths is that players look worse for the coaching of Smith and Shakespeare, rather than better. Which I have to say is rather surprising and of course very disappointing.
