I am sorry your son has health issues. But that's not from MMR vaccine. 4 is a normal age that autism is diagnosed at. They don't do it earlier because children all develop differently.

If they become symptomatic they will probably be ok but someone they are in contact with may not. For instance, you have it, give it to me, I don't know and go to work and expose my young unvaccinated students. Some have 1/2
