@GregorydSam I don't understand the point of the video. Many of these goals are nearly impossible to stop by any goalie.

Nobody has the reaction times to save those low crosses or deflections that are like three feet from you if the finish itself is good.

Its just plain bullying.

@fminside This kid when he's 27. Really good 17 year old who develops a lot and doesn't need carrying on the field.

His composure and passing were 3 at the start which was a bit concerning, but it looks like he'll outgrow those issues in time.

@martinlong87 @theFFM_ Then you put an optional contract extension clause so that you can intervene if somebody offers that release clause. After using the clause you can offer a new contract which will usually have a higher release clause or even no clause at all.

@fmbIog Both. I find balance to be key and everything that i do in terms of recruiting players and adding instructions supports that need for balance.

4-3-3, 5-3-2 tactics like that which give results at both ends and are versatile and easy to tweak according to needs of each match.

@WorkTheSpace I don't like how the goalie ratings go. Lets say your team wins 4-0 and your goalie has zero saves. He gets like 7.5

Then the opposition goalie saves 7 shots, makes couple great stops, can't do anything about the goals and gets like 6.7 just because defense isn't playing well.

@RdfTactics I think something like say structured, counter attacking 4-3-3 with fast players in the wings could expose this system defensively and still have enough players centrally to deal with the offensive output.

The diamond is a good system, but the lack of real wingers hurts it imo.

@RdfTactics You will run the risk of conceding goals from counter attacks, because you have so many men forward in the attacking phase of play.

Lets say you lose the ball when the full backs are already supporting the attack, you will have 3 players in defence. 1/2

How are you going to create pathways and opportunities to female drivers if the current system is so costly to anybody wanting to compete in lower formulas?

Where are you going to find the financial backing for female drivers when there isn't much for anybody else either?

I think people are missing the point here. The big problem really is costs. It costs over a million euros to compete a season in F3 these days let alone in higher divisions.

There isn't a clear path or good opportunities to anybody unless you have loaded parents or sponsors.1/2

@FootballOranje_ I couldn't understand why he insisted on keeping and putting Berghuis in the penalty shootout. He had a rough game and already showed signs of what was about to happen with that poor late free kick he hit straight to the wall.

His confidence was low and it showed in his penalty.
