submitted claim with wrong tax id. The claim listed a different urgent care as provider and therefore was considered out of network for my ins. I’ve called for 2 months to get this sorted and nothing yet I keep receiving invoices

@NextCare I’ve called, emailed multiple times. Every time I call I wait for about 20 minutes before the line hangs up. How can I speak to a live person about my bill?
