One of the hardest for me was changing the mindset of what I consider success. It’s a common one, but the perception of the relationship between success and perfection causes a lot of failures as we strive for a level of “success” that’s unobtainable.

As an athlete, I could point to many moments. But one was when a coach of a rival team mentioned me personally as an example during an unrelated speech. A friend told me about it and it showed even if I don’t believe I performed well enough, it still might inspire others.
There’s been a lot back and forth about his career…but I think that he had such potential and talent. His struggles have truly been tragic and for this to be his end, we have lost a brilliantly creative mind. Thought and prayers to his family.
Just received a call from WWE Hall of Famer Mike Rotunda who informed us of the tragic news that our WWE family member for life Windham Rotunda - also known as Bray Wyatt - unexpectedly passed earlier today. It’s really interesting watching and listening to all of the reactions when a flight is delayed. Both of passengers and flight crew. How do you react mentally when things don’t go as planned in your life?
One of the first questions we should ask is this: Who am I? Our identity can play a big role in our success or failure. It can be healthy where we see the multifaceted individual we are. It can be unhealthy where the loss of this “identity” sends us into a downward spiral.
