@AWSSupport My new account has been stuck in a "verification" for TWO WEEKS.
I am completely locked out of all services. Support ignored my actual issue and sent a reply denying a "service quota increase". how can I have quota issues if I haven't been able to use the platform at all?
@AWSSupport This is just ridiculous. I've been waiting for my account verification since April 12th. My support requests have been unanswered for OVER A WEEK. I didn't expect such poor service from such a large company.
