Idk why your leadership would be like that but it's true that a working FC requires effort put into by people.

@Mikahaha_ That's still a thing for me. I mean we keep track of who we recruit and are no mass-guild. So not enough players to be on 24/7. Yet our current members come on regularly and our FC Chat is well and alive

@rattecs You think you adopt no skills from video games. But video games actually helped me to improvise and adapt in unexpected or sudden situations. Like presentations, improv acts (I was/am an RPer). Also teamwork, people management and tolerance. Whoever lead a guild in MMOs knows.

@Elirilya Aber ja, manchmal können sich Leute echt nicht im Ton halten. Ich hab noch nie Leute direkt beschimpft oder beleidigt, aber es ist nicht immer leicht mit der Community in der Kommunikation wirklich direkt zu sein.

@Elirilya Weiß jetzt nicht was der genaue Vorfall für diesen Post war, aber aus eigener Erfahrung wird auch geschriebener Ton rauer gelesen als es gemeint ist. Bei Mentor Extremes mache ich es öfter, dass ich Spieler off-Position beim Namen im Chat nenne oder direkt Fehler klarstelle.
