The fact that they seem to actively avoid criticism and give you no way to reach out for actual support is just unforgivable,  they are too big of a company for this crap.

Google will never fix this.  Once a thread that points out major problems (that are founded) reaches enough replies that agree, Google locks the thread marking it "answered".  I've waited as long as 10 minutes to download four photos because of Drive insisting on zipping my files

.Google customer service is nearly non-existent, to the point that its sort of mind blowing.  I know I can't help and have no answers, I just needed to hop on here and yell about the problem too.

Its enough to make me want to stop using it altogether, only problem, I pay for extra space.  So I'm stuck with this, sort of bad service.  Is it me or is Google seemingly looking more and more like a third tier company these days?
