Not every difficult customer is the problem. Sometimes, they just feel unheard and your duty as a customer service agent is not to match their energy.
Here is what to do;
1 Stay calm.
2. Listen well and
3. Take back control of the experience.

One of the biggest mistakes in marketing is trying to sell what you don’t fully understand.
After 5 years in sales and marketing, one thing is clear:
Product knowledge is not optional it’s your advantage.
A lot of men are not complaining about responsibility, they understand it.
What they feel is the silence that follows their consistency.
When provision becomes normal, appreciation starts to disappear.
Let’s not get too used to people that we forget to say thank you.
I’m not the most disciplined.
I’m learning discipline, learning consistency, learning to take care of myself.
Some days it’s easy.
Other days, it’s just showing up tired and doing something small.
This body, I’m still learning it deserves care.

As a woman, you need to know what “normal” feels like in your body, so you can recognize when something isn’t.
Pay attention. Your body always speaks.

Today, I turn a year older. And every year on this day, I reflect on something far bigger than me.
For a long time, I believed luck was something that just happens to you. Then I realised, luck can be engineered. Opportunity can be democratised.
Hope is not just a feeling; it is a system we can build.
I didn’t go to the gym from mid- December, January, or February.
Last week, I returned and attempted 50kg (dumbbell )sumo squats like someone who had never taken a break.
For two days, bending down was no longer my ministry.
But it reminded me of something important.
Bad habits are easy to learn.
Good habits require you to keep showing up, even after long breaks.
Consistency isn’t about never pausing.
It’s about returning.
