As a kid who served in Reagan’s “600 Navy” in the 80’s, this is irrationally hard for me to swallow. I understand shrinking budgets and different geopolitics over time and that this was all happening 40 years ago and it can come off as the rantings of a dinosaur , but I can’t help but think that as real as the nuclear risk were, we were in a better place as a nation then.
@Matt_Bracken48 Even SERE training/school couldn’t prepare him for that. Thank you for your service. I wonder how this will affect his bowling score on his annual PFT?
"Robert Barnes: US-Iran FINAL Confrontation"
https://t.co/RQmMCPqaLY
I'm listening now, but just the first 25 minutes of this dialogue is, bar none, and by far, the very best analysis of Trump's diminished mental state, the Iran war, and how these are affecting both American and global politics. Please, DO NOT MISS this video! DO NOT MISS!
@Gh0stofDrLange@Matt_Bracken48 These centers will replace local LE in CW2….and what is left of US Military will augment these data centers security which will make AI/Data Centers and their supporting infrastructure the new front lines of CW2/WW3.
Today the U.S. national debt surpassed $39 Trillion, inflation is rising, gas is over $4.50, and we are in another foreign war.
Nothing changed.
Literally nothing.
I live in work in this area and have spent hours at the Cahokia site and feel like I am pretty caught up on the history of the area. However, it seems to me that the real untold story is what was happening across the river in St. Louis. Of course I’ve seen the photos of the demolition of the mounds and have been troubled by the utter disregard for the lives and the cultures that were dozed over, but also understand that the sensibilities and morality and ethics of 250 years ago were very different. I just feel like the story of the Mound Builders is missing significant percentage of understanding because we simply do not know how the St. Louis area was viewed by the indigenous people and what roll the St. Louis site played in its relationship with the Cahokia site. It seems to me that the St. Louis metropolitan area was probably the largest metropolitan area in North America for millennia until the population explosions of the last 100 years. If I could travel back in time, I think the first place I would stop would be Cahokia and the St. Louis region about 1250 or 1300 A.D.. I just think there’s so much more here that we don’t understand.
@ericweinstein The aliens look jacked. I might like hanging out with these guys. Maybe they like the UFC and will be at the White House for the big fight.
If you send in U.S. military troops into Iran, there is going to be a political revolution in America.
WE. ARE. DONE.
We said no more foreign wars and we meant it.
The coalition will unite and be unstoppable. I’ll make sure of it.
End this war. It’s stupid.
Tom Massie is the most anti-Big Government, pro-Liberty, pro-Peace, pro-sound money, balanced budget stalwart to serve in the US Congress since 1977-1981, and the Donald wants to destroy him. Let that sink in!
