Throughout July, we're going to be talking about #PeriodPoverty & the need to increase access to period products for all menstruators!
#Facts: More than 16.9 million American women live in poverty & may struggle w/ access to menstrual products and medications to treat symptoms.
It's #Pride2022 month! There has been a massive pushback from some re. the inclusion of trans-men & non-binary people in menstrual health progs.
Being inclusive doesn't mean you are excluding others 🌈🏳️⚧️it means you are designing for those on the fringes of our movements!
Happy first day of Pride Month! We will use today to remind everyone Alliance for Period Supplies supports all people who menstruate.
Not all women have periods and not all people who have periods are women.
Forever grateful for the history that Marsha P Johnson, Sylvia Rivera and everyone involved in the Stonewall Riot made back in 1969 ✨ Happy #PrideMonth22
