Mit dieser Betrachtung würde man es auch schaffen schwere körperliche Arbeit früher in Pension zu schicken.

Allgemein wird heutzutage im White-Collar Bereich alle 3-5 Jahre gewechselt. Warum somit keine 55+ Person einstellen.

But what I saw is that you have a quite stable business model und solid growth. With that in hand you will be definitely able to raise a good amount.

@_lhermann The general rule of thumb is between 15%-25%. Depends on how much money you need and how much you could potentially raise.

If you just look for business angels who can accelerate your growth you need probably less money but just enough so that they have skin in the game.

VC can provide you growth money - but they also want to see the growth

Smart money can come from business angels or SMEs - they don‘t apply the growth pressure + they can help w contacts
