I cannot emphasize this enough. Everyone tends to get loud at times. If students are playing a game and get loud, that doesn't mean that they are unruly...they are engaged and having fun while learning. Would you rather them be asleep? #WT2108

The volume of a classroom should never be an indicator of the quality of the teacher. Loud classrooms are not necessarily managed poorly and quiet ones don’t always mean students are engaged. It’s about accountable talk.
