- Erneut gibt das BVerwG sehr konkrete Hinweise zur Auslegung von Grundrechten im Zusammenhang mit Partei- und Vereinsverbot
- Verbot scheiterte letztlich nicht an Gefährlichkeit, sondern alleine an Prägung, wegen der vielen Lifestyle-Geschichten. Ein Rettungsankter, der für Compact schnell verlorengehen kann und für die AfD gar nicht in Betracht kommt.
- Damit bestätigt das Bundesgericht die Linie des OVG NRW zu den bisherigen Einstufungen der AfD; das macht es wahrscheinlicher, dass auch die letzte Einstufung vor Gericht halten wird.

Jetzt sollten alle AfD-Anhänger möglichst ausführlich widersprechen, um dem Post Reichweite zu geben. Wenn kein sachlicher Einwand greifbar ist, kann man immer ad hominem gegen mich argumentieren.
