@JoshReynolds24 Also good is that WBC doesn't seem to start the pitch clock immediately after the HR, so it gives time for celebration. In MLB, there's rarely time for a single replay of the homer before the 15-sec clock starts & pitcher needs to be set. So HRs don't feel special

The California state fire marshal was legally obliged to release the single-stair report on January 1. A month later and counting, it's nowhere in sight, and I'm hearing the draft recommends doing the bare minumum. State legislators should just pass the code update themselves.

If we don't build smaller, more flexible unit types, those smaller HHs will be forced into larger homes "underutilizing" SF & driving up costs for larger families that remain
