@BIGPHIL89 It's interesting that they seem to have suddenly created a new ticket design for these newer machines, which doesn't fit the printed text at all.

Hi all, apologises the website has been not working the past couple of days, however it is back up now. (This was due to a change in host and accounts not being considered correctly). There is currently a problem with the orientation of the machines displaying...
