@CarsonGarrett_ Respectfully, having made a few of these, the tolerance for cutting pieces is 1/32". If pieces are any more than 1/32" off, the puzzle won't work. That's at full-scale and my chart you are referencing is small. This puzzle just can't be practiced on paper.
