Super excited for this weeks @Imagine4schools navigate programme. We’re going ‘peak to peak’ by taking students ‘through the valley’ where learning occurs. No easy options, gotta do the hard work to learn @stride_active @EardisleySchool

Are all emotions valid? 'Thumbs Up' emotions are great but what can we learn about ourselves in our 'Thumbs Down' emotions?
How can we best help our children to #Navigate this time of transition back to the 'new normal'?

All emotions are valid, nobody can tell you that what you are feeling is wrong.
'Navigate' discusses 'thumbs up' and 'thumbs down' emotions which can both be useful and beneficial. It is during times when our main emotion is 'thumbs down' that we learn the most about ourselves.
