Shadows playfully bounce off of every corner of a courtyard entrance of this Dutch West Indies-inspired estate, where the union of soft breezes and lush tropical foliage creates a serene paradise.

Inspired by the more whimsical architectural detailing in Dutch West Indies design, plenty of warmth and character make this bespoke residence timeless and inviting despite its grand size.

Strategically laid out to maximize every inch of this bay front property, the home was turned at an angle which allowed for sweeping views and a more comfortable entrance to the home. To gain even more space, the dock runs seamlessly from the water to the 2-tiered infinity pool.

A well appointed guest bathroom will make your loved ones feel like they are staying at an exclusive resort. When working with design teams, we often refer to this as the VIP suite.

Art brings character, emotion, and definition to a space. When designing a custom home, accounting for art early in design phase gives the gallery an intentional space and commanding presence.

We are proud to announce that we have been honored with FOUR National awards. Among all the entries spanning the entire country, the Cascade House placed in 4 categories recognizing the pinnacle of residential construction in North America.

An oasis for the soul, this over-sized luxury pool and elevated spa with more than generous outdoor living space capture the most spectacular sunsets. Terraces extended the entire length of the home providing unobstructed views of Sarasota Bay.

We are big believers that each project has a soul that carries throughout the home long after the build is complete. This one is cheerful, beautifully grounded, and a wonderful reflection of its owners.
