(7) If you like these ideas and you're in need of an #applefitnessplus or @AppleTVPlus London-based producer to help implement them, I'm happy to be of service! #EntertainmentProducer
Starting my #Birthday celebration w/my #Fitness routine & making a #BirthdayWish to @Apple & #AppleFitnessPlus. I'm so thankful they make my mornings more varied & inspirational, esp my work "with" #BenAllen 4 getting me dancing again. My wishes below.
(6) Update "Equipment Needed" filters. There's a "Mat" filter and a "No equipment" filter, but many "no equipment"-tagged activities use a mat. Could also add a Bodyweight "equipment" filter.
(5) Add education area. Linking with #4, if I want to learn more about the quadriceps, for example, I could click on that and open an educational video, led by our trainers, that teaches me more about them and how to activate/build them.
(4) Add "targeted areas" filter. If I'm doing a Back/Biceps/Leg day, it'd be great to filter activities that target these areas. I also use areas instead of "muscle groups" because "Cardio" could be an area.
(3) Add resistance band and stability ball activities. Many of us at-home users may not have weights, so activities that give us new ideas on how to use what we do have would be beneficial.
(2) Add Stretching Category of Workouts. I enjoy my yoga with @iamJessicaskye and #DustinBrown, but I also enjoy static stretches that are more targeted.
(1) Add Routines (or Fitness Playlists). I'd appreciate being able to set up a string of activities before I start my workout so I don't have to take the time to search and find the ones I want once I'm in the workout flow.
