Calvary Christian went to States 3x in a row, because the Plentovich Twins largely carried them to States.

Unless & until we develop incoming freshmen GBB stars who are superior to vast majority of older teammates on N Pinellas Rosters, we will NEVER be going to States.

MEASURING TEAM'S BASKETBALL IQ

Measure BB IQ by tracking adjustments being made & speed of those adjustments. Major issues- not talking on D, wrong players defending certain opponents, not spotting mismatches, not closing paint, fouling great FT shooters, getting 7th team foul.

MAJOR PROBLEM W/ N PINELLAS GBB

We have athletes on the rosters, but they are not WBB or GBB athletes.
Consider FT%, FG%, silly close-out fouls, dropping arm on blocks, forced passes, poor shot selection, dribbling into self-trapping spots, silence on D & weak arsenals as proof.

HS DROP-IN GAMES BEGIN IN MID-FEBRUARY & RUN TILL LATE OCT

Which HS teams will plug into the Drop-In Game format, if- any?

My expectation is that if one or two of the building programs will do so, they will have a huge advantage heading into next season.

Sharpshooters is only HALF of the solution to improved game performance.

Drop-In Games will play THE key role in the application of lessons quickly.

Star, Kayleigh & Sydney by Fall will likely be HS starters.
Star of SHMS may go to PHU or C-Side.
Syd is going to EL.
Kayleigh is either PHU or EL.
More 8th graders entering our pipeline.

N Pinellas GBB is making huge gains this season.
Next season, progress will accelerate.
Sharpshooters has expanded.
Drop-In Games are coming to 5 or more gyms..
EL & C Chr will probably go yr-round.
MS Feeder System is now in place.
Strong coaching.
