A reel presents the contents of your product or experiment to make it easy to share the entire story behind the idea to drive xfn collaboration across your product team. Coming soon!
We need a better way to communicate the stories behind our ideas that drive a sense of purpose, collaboration, and exhibit value.
PMs get their time back wasted on formatting requirement docs, product reviews, status updates.
Coming soon to @PersonifyHQ
This has been a summer of change, which is especially true for my startup, @PersonifyHQ. Hey I'm Om, and it's about time I re-introduce myself.
I'm a designer turned entrepreneur.
A good process has guard rails to help a team succeed and make sure critical steps aren't skipped.
We're building guard rails into @PersonifyHQ to help teams have a common understanding of what it takes to get an experiment ready for launch!

How will you measure success? You don't need a litany of metrics, rather probably less than a handful.
Add a new metric or pick from that already exists to create a common way of measuring success. Coming to @PersonifyHQ#buildinpublic cc @_buildspace
@rahulvohra thanks for sharing how you defined your persona for Superhuman in Maven's lightning session.
What stuck out to me about what you shared was it was a situational and role focused definition which is precisely what I built @PersonifyHQ to do.

This little detail took longer than expected this weekend but it's moments like launching an experiment should spark joy for your entire team!
This is how launching experiments with @PersonifyHQ will feel.

@easyishard @astr0mnaut Our big learning was typically product teams will focus on a few user problems to solve, and as they build ship and measure their solutions, a greater fidelity understanding of the user comes to light.
We want to help teams facilitate this process.
@easyishard @astr0mnaut It means our focus is less on synthesizing research and more about once you synthesize the research how can you shape coherent experiments to solve a user problem or need.
I’ve been sitting on a hot take that’s been brewing for a while now. I’m gonna go ahead and share it at the risk of sounding really dumb.
It’s one of those things I’d rather get called out on and learn than risk feeling like it’s a “maybe it’s just me” thing.
Ok, here goes..
Why should sales and marketing have to build their own personas - just to identify a "buyer persona".
Instead, what if you could assign an attribute to a role. Identify the role as a champion, buyer, decision maker or antagonist.
I was already working on this before joining S5 of @_buildspace but now I'm excited to share what I'm designing, building and learning next 30 days publicly as I work @_nightsweekends on @PersonifyHQ
What I'm most proud of @PersonifyHQ is the user centric and problem oriented focus on product development which is reflected in the hierarchy and organization of the experience.
It's hard to be truly focused on outcomes without being obsessed about problems.
