@zeldajunkielol2 Basically, it refers to a Chinese leader who pursues aggressive nationalistic stances, increasing international influence, reigning in economic excesses, and pursuing significant institutional reforms. Xi Jinping may qualify, but I’m still reserved on calling that one.

@TriangleCyclops Well, it did happen and was confirmed, but is now down-graded since they seemingly made up. Armenia is a mess internally. Iran has been backing them against possible Azeri invasion, but that is uncertain now and Azerbaijan has been noncommittal on peace. It's a dice roll.
