Chennai Corporation has floated tenders for construction of 3.2 Kms Complete Street Project along Velachery- Taramani MRTS Road. Water fronts, food hubs, plaza etc planned. Basic pedestrian infra works are already happening there...👌

@TheVenks @UpdatesChennai No on-ground evidence of LA for access rd from Mgr Salai (don't know if they have plans for that or not), but currently frontage is on Kpk ngr main rd (Small street). But recently they have widened the road, could be part of proper frontage plan, if any.
