@leoleotoobad@Gopher12345678 Think of AI as team of junior devs. As a team lead with long engineering expirence solving complex problems, you are responsible of your team performance and output. You decide what to ship and when to change something that junior / mid engineer havent though. Same with AI output
Today we’re bringing support for PHP, a popular general-purpose programming language, to Cloud Functions. With the Functions Framework for PHP, learn how you can write idiomatic PHP functions to build business-critical applications & integration layers ↓ https://t.co/vNwABycnmt
2000 customers @ $39/month is almost $1M/year.
If your software can handle 2000 customers, you can worry about scalability once the $1M/year is flowing in.
Scalability doesn’t get you cutomers. First have customers, then worry about scalability. The order matters.

@CalEvans Knowing that everytime there is a solution for each problem just you need to put efford and love to solve it. My passion for coding has only increased in the past 7 years :)
I'm a 1x engineer.
I Google how to do seemingly simple stuff daily.
I experience impostor syndrome.
I write code that has bugs in it.
I sometimes need to read the documentation.
I don't always "get it" immediately.
I'm OK with this.

PHP 7.4 will support executing programs without going through a shell:
proc_open(['php', '-r', 'echo "Hello World\n";'], $descriptors, $pipes);
This means that you don't have to take care of shell argument escaping, and that signals will be correctly delivered to the process.
Replaced all object-like arrays with classes where they are used thousands of times.
Memory usage reduced by 58% (from 12Gb to 5Gb).
Please, read this article by @Crell https://t.co/cHb3agX18R to understand why you have to prefer classes.
It's the first day of 2019 and the first day without #php5! It's all about #php7 and the 7th version of #phpsrb as well! What else can we expect this year...? 🙂
