If you have a really messy Excel spreadsheet - thousands of rows, tens of columns, a few tabs, text strings - which AI model is best to handle the job?
This is a massive step in the right direction.
One thing we’ve learned building Cubbes is that students are far more likely to complete learning programs when the experience is integrated into platforms and communities they already use daily.
Access is important. Engagement is everything.
The 100,000+ tertiary student on Cubbes will definitely be grateful to have and take advantage of this.
Excited about the possibilities here.
On the sidelines of the Education World Forum 2026 in London, I signed a landmark partnership with @coursera to launch the Digital Training Academy (DTA), a major initiative designed to equip Nigerian youths with globally competitive digital skills.
Through this programme, young Nigerians will receive world class training in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, Software Engineering and other high demand digital fields, while earning globally recognised certifications valued by employers across the world.
In a landmark investment under the Renewed Hope Agenda of President @officialABAT, GCFR, the Federal Government has fully funded 36,000 licences across Coursera and @pluralsight in the first year alone ensuring that financial barriers do not prevent any Nigerian youth from accessing world class digital education.
This is one of the largest government funded digital skills investments in Nigeria’s history.
The programme will be implemented in partnership with the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) and Yaba College of Technology (YABATECH), combining nationwide access with industry focused mentorship and support.
Digital competency is no longer optional. It is foundational. We are building a generation of young Nigerians that can compete, lead and thrive in the global digital economy.
My sincere appreciation to Coursera, NOUN and YABATECH for partnering with us to make this vision a reality.
This is a very stupid-sounding customer service response to give to your own customer.
What needs to happen for organisations like this to serve properly?
@winexviv, seen this?
So much for having 6 English teams in the last 16
Spurs, embarrassed
Liverpool, lost
City, embarrassed
Arsenal, snatched a draw
Newcastle, pegged back at home
Chelsea, well beaten
I have been a very firm advocate of the change to a 28-day calendar.
Very straightforward.
No need to wonder what day 13th falls. It's always a Saturday.
1st, a Monday.
28th, a Sunday.
The 365th day, New Year's Day.
366th day, Leap Year's Day, every 4 years.
Clean.
Look closely and you’ll notice something interesting. February is the only month that stays close to 28 days. And 28 is a very clean number in terms of calendar structure. It’s exactly four weeks. Four perfect Monday-to-Sunday cycles. If every month had 28 days, each month would start on the same weekday and end on the same weekday.
Now here’s where it gets even more interesting.
If every month had 28 days, we would have 13 months in a year. Because 28 × 13 = 364 days. That’s almost a full year, with just one extra day left over (two in a leap year). In that system, every single month would be identical in length. Every date would always fall on the same weekday every year. Imagine how clean that would be for planning, salaries, subscriptions, and analytics.
February is the only month that actually follows that clean 28-day logic.
But historically, calendars weren’t designed purely for mathematical beauty. The system we use today traces back to ancient Rome. The Julian calendar introduced a 365-day structure, and later the Gregorian calendar refined it to better align with the Earth’s orbit around the Sun. That’s why we ended up with months that are 30 or 31 days, and February adjusting to make the math work astronomically, not aesthetically.
Now here’s where your observation gets clever.
Many modern systems quietly prefer 28-day cycles. Social media analytics often show 7 days, 28 days, 3 months, 1 year.
Monetization dashboards frequently calculate in 28-day windows because four weeks is cleaner and more consistent than “calendar months” that fluctuate between 30 and 31 days. A 28-day cycle avoids uneven comparisons.
Even the idea of a “13th month salary” in some organizations reflects how people sometimes think in terms of 12 regular monthly payments plus an extra structured bonus though that’s more about labor policy than hidden calendar math.
I felt that, to beat Morocco in the semis, the Super Eagles needed to be like Senegal in the final - shameless, ready to scatter everything, and ruthless with the football. We didn't, and we lost.
If Senegal hadn't, they would have lost too. Kudos to them 🎊🎊
