Just a quick one to wish everyone a Happy New Year and thanks to those who left kind comments. I won’t be back here for a while. Mind, body and spirit are messed up still. Small heart attack in November and NHS still not helping. I hope you are all doing well. Miss you all xx

Yesterday was my mates birthday, he would have been 60. He’d had the same heart attacks as I had and a year prior to his death he was diagnosed pre diabetic. Yesterday I got my blood test results back, I am pre diabetic. Won’t be around for a bit, I need time. Love to you all
