Hi @VodafoneUK thanks SO MUCH for your support when my phone was stolen - support agent so painfully obviously working from a script, and I know that maintenance needs to happen but you need to be able to blacklist stolen phones IMMEDIATELY at any time 24/7, in 2-3hrs is PATHETIC

@Enny_Taylor @BlueBoxBlur @_cosmicangst I enjoyed Flux but it felt less like Doctor Who than any other modern series IMO 🤷🏼‍♂️ whereas S11 may not have been an amazing series, but it felt like back-to-basics Who in the classic style (no grand story arc, self-contained stories, educational slant etc) and I appreciated that
