Deeply sad that we all lost the great TAMMIE ROSEN, our remarkable leader who brought such passion, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to telling the Sundance Institute story and supporting bold, ground breaking artists!

we should feel good about this @AOC? seeing @ZohranKMamdani bromance with Trump was strange just after he advocated democrats be killed for sedition. is it all just cosplay? this brand of politics — opaque parlor games — desensitizes us to violent rhetoric. is it worth it?
@JordanSchachtel but @JordanSchachtel why are POTUS and VP claiming that Ukraine invaded Russia first when this is - from everything I’ve been able to gather - factually incorrect? Couldn’t this be considered the original point on contention?
Ed Wong, one of our finest foreign correspondents, has now written a wonderfully interesting book about China, his father's tenure in the PLA, the odyssey of his family, and China's progress. Join us: June 27th for a conversation about all things Chinese

I don’t think this was the answer producers were expecting when baseball great Reggie Jackson was asked how “emotional” he felt to be back in Birmingham, Alabama.
I assume he was expected to offer some fond nostalgia.
He told the truth instead.

Why is Delta State's coliseum still named for racist politician Walter Sillers and not basketball superstar Lucy Harris, who made it famous?
I wrote an essay for @nytopinion advocating for Lucy's name to be on the building.

It was very special to be honored with an Oscar for my ongoing work supporting artists @sundanceorg! The Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award is beyond meaningful. And, lots of fun to be at the Academy Awards last night celebrating all the nominees and our love of cinema.
Proud to support these young voices. Every @bgproudfoot and @krisbowersmusic started as a kid with a dream. Let’s make sure these kids have what they need. A ‘lil somethin’ from you will help them keep the dream alive!

thought provoking piece @shalisemyoung! but isn’t @YahooSports kinda doing the same thing by offering limited stat line for the women’s game (iowa v. nebraska) while the men’s game (wisconsin v. purdue) gets full treatment. just curious!
this is spot on @BarryJenkins. to me ZONE OF INTEREST is the most important film of the year after reflecting on how Glazer handles tone, style, dialogue, acting, sound, frame, and theme. the most meaningful film for me personally this year was ALL OF US STRANGERS.
Different and equally arresting approaches, but EL CONDE and ZONE OF INTEREST are in communion somehow, both looking into the darkness with VERY different lenses and quite clear eyes. Pablo Larrain does not miss. Jonathan Glazer just… does… not… miss 🙌🏿
