@stack_tracy_ That said, the current DC administration has not succeeded in communicating an action plan where people can see a path to progress. Crime is down nationally but not in DC. I believe people gravitate to arresting and prosecuting because it is a more noticeable or viable approach

@stack_tracy_ I actually find what is occurring in DC fascinating. I agree with the sentiment that we cannot arrest and prosecute our way out of a crime wave, especially one that has increased youth crime rates.
