@VinnyWatchdog @jasondevos Talent pool is diluted by Franchise model which is about the parent club. The pay to play model is a disincentive for many. The OPDL set up means no movement between levels, you can't get dropped and you can't move up. Best players should be playing with the best players.

I’m starving. Thirsty. Tired. I wore my N95 mask for 7 hours straight. Careful to conserve my #PPE. Then I go see a 72 yr old man with poor lung function & #COVIDー19, on oxygen. “I don’t want to die on a machine. I want to see the blue sky.” So I sat. And we watched the sky.
